Structural Packaging
Our designers have the ability to create custom structural packaging for you in our 3D CAD software to improve form and functionality. The designers will hand sculpt initial samples in polyurethane foam to work in a three dimensional form. They can then create a rapid prototyped plastic sample to test form and fit. This can be made to look like the final sample. We will improve on your past designs and improve the ergonomics of the design as well while reducing material costs. Our team designs for manufacturing and will help you determine the best materials and manufacturing methods for your application.
