Mario Esquer is the president and founder of Avadium Design. He started the firm in 2009 when he had an opportunity to create a leading design consulting firm within Arizona. He has designed products for many leading clients including Intel, Glaxo Smith Kline, Kingsford, Glad, Ziploc, PetSmart and others. He has worked with them redefining the competitive landscapes in their industries. He has also led many strategic brand initiatives, and transformed ideas into successful products and services.
VP of Design Strategy and Marketing
Kimberly Foster leads Avadium's design strategy by positioning brands for success with her experience in analyzing, understanding, and communicating key brand and product attributes that can be embodied through design. She has a diversified design background from marketing to fashion design experience. Kim is also a managing partner of the firm.
